Care Centre

A customized and decorated a two bedroom apartment which provides intensive personal support as transitional care (a bridge) from hospital to home.

The apartment is fully equip with electric beds and chairs, kitchen and walk in shower.  The unit is staffed by a PSW morning and evening.
